Frequently asked questions

How much cashback can I actually earn?

Up to 0.75% on every transaction, with no cap. Unlike other UK expense card providers who cap earnings at your subscription fee (effectively making the software ‘free’ but capping your benefit), your earnings scale with your spend.

Is there a minimum spend threshold?

No. You earn cashback from the first pound you spend. Other providers like Pleo require you to hit spending targets before cashback kicks in. We don’t make you jump through hoops.

When do I receive my cashback I earn?

The cashback you earn based off the spend in one month is tallied the following month, then credited within the first 10 working days of the month after that.

For example, January spending is calculated in February and credited to your account within ten working days in March.

Are there any additional fees or hidden charges?

No. Cashback is included in your Webexpenses subscription alongside cards, expense management, and approvals. One platform, at one price.

What types of purchases qualify for cashback?

All successful, in-policy transactions. Unlike some providers who exclude certain categories or restrict cashback to specific geographies (like US-only spending), our cashback applies across the board.

Why doesn't everyone offer unlimited cashback?

Most expense platforms make their money from interchange fees (i.e. the fees merchants pay when you use your card). They cap cashback to protect that revenue stream. We're a software company first, not a card company. Our revenue comes from subscription fees for expense management software, so we can afford to give back more of the interchange as unlimited cashback.
