What changes when nobody rekeys orders

With Webexpenses Order Management, orders are captured as they arrive by email, upload or API. Customer SKUs are mapped to your product codes, pricing is checked against your ERP, and approved orders become sales orders or invoices. Your team handles the exceptions, not every order.

How we worked it out

Employer cost is salary × 1.16, covering employer National Insurance (15% above £5,000) and the 3% minimum workplace pension (2025/26 rates). Hours worked a year: 1,740 (37.5 hours a week, less 28 days' holiday). Cost per order = hourly cost × minutes ÷ 60. Annual cost = cost per order × orders × 12, plus orders corrected × hours per fix × hourly cost. Default salary: ONS Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings 2025, median full-time gross annual earnings. Results are illustrative and depend on the figures you enter.
