Six claims, three minutes, one wrapping city. Every claim runs the same route — off the street, through the audit house, into the to-pay garage. Black cars will knock it out of your hands, and a dropped claim stays on the tarmac until you get out and clear them off it.
Drive over the pulsing yellow claim. You carry one at a time.
Take it through the blue audit house to get it stamped.
Drop the audited claim in the green to-pay garage.
Grab the Webexpenses token and skip the audit entirely, while it lasts.

Skeleton v0.6. The loop is a delivery chain now: collect → audit → to-pay garage, with the live leg pulsing on the map and a distance readout on the objective strip. Fuel is gone. A hit from a false claim knocks the claim onto the road and the black cars swarm it — you have to get out on foot and clear them before you can pick it back up, which is the only time the shooting really matters. The Webexpenses token skips the audit leg while its timer runs. Tuning, including tokenSeconds and guardRadius, sits in CFG.
